Troubleshooting

This section covers known issues across ZCP (Public Cloud), ZPCP (Private Cloud), and ZCS (Cloud Storage). Each article explains the cause and how to resolve it. Some issues require our engineering team to fix on the backend. For those, the article tells you to raise a support ticket.

If your issue is not listed here, or a page tells you to contact support, raise a ticket:

  • Portal: log in to the console, open Support, and create a ticket.
  • CLI: run zcp support list to track your open tickets from the command line.

Include the following in every ticket to help us resolve it without back-and-forth:

  1. The resource name and type (for example, the instance or volume name).
  2. The region the resource is in.
  3. The exact error message, or a screenshot of it.
  4. What you were trying to do, and roughly when you tried it.
