Console Access
The Console Access feature enables you to manage and interact with your VM through a web-based interface. It is useful for troubleshooting startup issues, system configurations, and OS interaction without SSH or RDP.
Access your console by clicking on the console icon from the actions menu.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Section titled “Keyboard Shortcuts”The following keyboard shortcuts are available in the console interface:
- Toggle Control (Ctrl): Simulates pressing the Control key.
- Toggle Alt: Simulates pressing the Alt key.
- Toggle Shift: Simulates pressing the Shift key.
- Toggle Windows Key: Simulates the Windows key.
- Send Tab: Sends a Tab key input.
- Send Escape (Esc): Sends an Escape key input.
- Send Ctrl+Alt+Delete: Sends the Ctrl+Alt+Delete combination.
- Clipboard: Facilitates copying text between the local machine and the VM.
- Full-Screen Mode: Expands the VM console to full-screen.
What You Can Do
Section titled “What You Can Do”Console Access allows you to:
- Install software
- Adjust configuration settings
- Troubleshoot the operating system
