What you receive
Section titled “What you receive”At handover, ZSoftly provides a credentials document containing:
- CloudStack management UI URL
- CloudStack admin username and password
- VPN configuration file for remote access
- Ceph dashboard URL and credentials (if applicable)
- ZSoftly support contact information
First steps checklist
Section titled “First steps checklist”- Connect to your private cloud via VPN: see VPN Access
- Log in to the CloudStack management UI: see Accessing CloudStack
- Change the default admin password
- Review your zone and cluster layout: see Zone Setup
- Create your first user account in CloudStack
- Test VM creation with a basic Linux image

Section titled “Support”If anything is not working as expected at handover, contact ZSoftly support immediately. The initial deployment is covered by the deployment agreement. Don’t wait.
