# Store

The Store is a tab in the ZCP console where an account buys services and licences. Everything you order there bills on the same invoice as your instances, volumes and other resources. Store products are account level. They are not tied to a project, so a support plan or a licence covers the whole account.

## Buy a Product

- From the left-hand menu, click Store.
- Choose a category tab, for example Support, Professional Services or Bare Metal.
- Pick a quantity where the product allows it.
- Click the product and confirm the order.

Billing starts when the order is placed. A recurring product renews each billing cycle until you cancel it. A one-time product bills once. Orders and their status appear under Billing in the console, next to your invoices and transactions. Cancelling a recurring product mid-cycle stops the next renewal. It does not credit an invoice we have already issued.

## How purchases are approved

Products priced at CAD 100 a month or less, and one-time products of CAD 100 or less, can be bought directly in the Store by any account.

Products above CAD 100 can be bought directly by accounts on postpaid terms, and by prepaid accounts whose credit balance covers the order. If you would rather not contact us before ordering, add enough credit to your account and place the order.

Accounts on manual invoicing order those products by contacting us. We confirm the scope, send an invoice, and place the order on the account once the invoice is paid. Delivery starts after payment.

Postpaid terms are granted to accounts with an established history of paid invoices, and can be requested through support.

We review orders and credit activity. An account whose activity does not look like normal business use may be flagged or suspended. The account holder is informed when that happens and can contact support to have the decision reviewed if it was made in error.

Bare metal servers are above the limit, so the rules above decide whether an account orders one directly or through an invoice. Servers are subject to availability, have a one month minimum, and carry a one-time setup fee.

## Products Available Today

Prices are in CAD and can change. The console shows the current price at checkout. The [pricing page](https://zcp.zsoftly.ca/pricing) is the source of truth.

### Support

- Basic Support. Free and included with every account. Ticket portal support, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with best effort response and a 99.5% uptime SLA.
- Pro Support. $99 a month. Business hours support with a 4 hour P1 response and a 99.9% uptime SLA.

### Bare Metal Servers

The Bare Metal tab lists dedicated servers. Store product names take the form Bare Metal followed by the CPU, for example Bare Metal AMD EPYC 4124P. Servers are listed in the Store tab. Most accounts order them through the invoice-first path in How purchases are approved. A server bills monthly on the same invoice as your instances. You choose the quantity. Prices are in CAD per month. Servers are subject to availability, the minimum term is one month, and a one-time setup fee applies and is shown at checkout.

## Products Available on Request

These products can be bought directly by accounts that meet the rules in How purchases are approved, and otherwise through a quote. Prices are published for some of them and quoted for the rest. We scope each product first. Open a support ticket from the console to start. Once agreed, our team places the product on your account and it bills like any other Store product.
